| Notes: | ETSO’s Great May Shootout is our annual tournament where teams come from all around! Don’t miss this one!!
Age groups-4th grade through Varsity for both boys and girls. You must register in the grade that the OLDEST PLAYER on your team is. For example, if you team consists of 5th AND 6th graders, you must register in the 6th grade division. Format is three game guarantee with all teams having the opportunity to advance to the championship. Entry fee is $225.00 Deadline–May 7th for regular registration deadline. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT–take $25 off by registering by April 30th!!! Registration form and payment must be in ETSO’s offices by this deadline to qualify for the discount. Tell all your friends!
